Consultation call
A 20-minute phone call to talk through what you are hoping to do, the property you are doing it in, and roughly when you would like the work to start. By the end of the call you will have a general sense of what is possible, what it tends to cost in your area, and whether we are likely to be the right team for the project.

Site visit
A free visit to see the property in person. We walk through the space with you, measure where it matters, and give a genuine opinion on what is realistic, what the planning route is likely to look like, and what the structural considerations are.

Itemised proposal
A written, line-by-line proposal you can take away and compare. Every cost is broken out, every assumption is named, and we walk you through it in person before you commit to anything.

Project kickoff
Once you are ready, the same team you have been speaking to takes over the build. We coordinate planning, building control and trades from here, so you stay in control of the key decisions while we manage the day-to-day work.
